6. Jerusalem hills - nature, wine and heritage

A tour of nature and history in the outskirts of Jerusalem. Starting at one of the natural gems of Israel the stalactite cave. From there to the Sataf springs reconstructing biblical agriculture, and the ancient winepress at Tzuba, learning about the wine making industry in biblical times and today. After a winetasting at Tzuba winery a short drive to the Scroll of fire monument telling the story of the commemoration from the ashes of the Holocaust to the rejoicing in free Jerusalem.
